Our chickens and turkeys are raised outside in the fields and move to fresh pastures every day!

In addition to grass and bugs, our chickens and turkeys are fed a custom mix of local corn, soy and wheat.  As with all of our animals, our chickens are never given antibiotics or hormones, and they spend all day out on pasture.  The grass in their diets helps provide meat that is lower in saturated fats and higher in Omega-3 fatty acids, as well as Vitamins A and E.  We raise a heritage breed chicken which has much better flavor than conventional chicken in addition to being tender and juicy.  These birds are best pre-ordered to ensure availability.
