Our Scottish Cheviots are bred for their exceptional quality meat, with a distinct, clean flavor.

Cheviots originally come from the Cheviot hills in the border region of Scotland and England.  They have roamed these hills, practically unattended for over 500 years.  Due to their lack of commercialization, they have retained their rich and slightly sweet meat. Our lambs are 100% grass fed on our fertile grass / alfalfa pastures.  We are sure it will please the most discerning lamb lover.
