
You can be sure that our Beef is always grass-fed, and never finished on grain. This provides you with the most flavorful and healthy beef available. Grass-fed beef has much higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamins A and E, and Conjugated Linoleic Acids. These reduce the risk of heart disease and CLA’s have show to defend against cancer. But don’t think you have to sacrifice tenderness for nutrition. We raise Scottish Highland and Red Devon cattle, two heritage breeds that are known for the excellent quality of their meat and the innate ability to marble on grass alone.
