Ingredients
- 3-6 lb pork roast (shoulder or butt)
- 1 c ketchup
- 1 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c molasses or honey
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on Low for 8 hrs
- Remove roast and pull apart with two forks
- Serve on warm buns and add sauce from crock pot to moisten
- For a really easy recipe, substitute a bottled bbq sauce for all other ingredients. Just make sure the roast is covered
