• Management intensively grazed on our fertile grass/alfalfa fields which are free of synthetic fertilizers and chemical sprays.

• Raised with the highest care and patience, always allowing the animals to express their god-given nature.

• Never given antibiotics, hormones, or steroids of any kind.

Our meats are available by the pound, quarter or halves. All meat is USDA inspected and flash frozen unless otherwise requested.
